I was first referred to Ms Tamara Wagner 2 years ago after seeking assistance with our company's accounts. This process started out quite simply and evolved into something far more complicated. Thankfully Tamara recognised that it was more complex than first thought and brought this to our attention immediately. Due to Tamara’s expertise and wide range of skills she was able to set up our company's accounting software platform from scratch, rectify multiple complex errors, liaise with our software provider and ensure we were following the legal guidelines for our tax and staffing requirements as per the latest legislation. Tamara has always been prompt, professional and completely reliable whilst remaining down to earth and approachable. Not only has Tamara been a very valuable asset, she has also taught me a great deal, and as a result I am now able to complete our company's bookkeeping independently which has been of major benefit economically. Have used Definitive Accounting for over 15years, professional services, very knowledgeable, always able to correct our problems and give advice on improving how we use our system. I have been a client of Tamara’s since 1999.  Throughout that time Tamara has been nothing but professional, helpful and personable.  Another thing that sets Tamara apart from the rest is that she does a quarterly check in to make sure everything is running smoothly, rather than waiting for me to contact her with issues.  These quarterly check ins have been invaluable and have meant that I have been able to pick up on discrepancies in our book keeping on a regular basis rather than at the end of the financial year.  I cannot thank Tamara enough for her dedication and hard work over the last 22 years.
